Two lines, one platform. One simple rule.
If you pay for your traffic, in ad spend or in SEO, choose Fully Managed Hosting. If customers find you on their own, Basic Managed Hosting is all you need. Both run on the same servers, and you can move between them any time.
Which hosting fits your business?
The simple rule: if you pay for your traffic, in ad spend or in SEO, choose Fully Managed. If customers find you on their own, Basic is all you need.
The one to pick if customers find you on their own
Basic Managed Hosting
A reliable site with minimum hassle.
For businesses that win their work through reputation, referrals and repeat customers. Your site needs to be there, look right and load fast whenever someone looks you up. It is important, but it is not the engine of the business, its traffic needs are small, and it does not need a team working on it.
This is you if
- Your site is a brochure, a portfolio, a local service site or a small store
- Customers find you through referrals, word of mouth or your Google listing
- You are not paying for clicks or running an SEO campaign
- A few hours of downtime would be annoying, not expensive
- You want updates, backups and security handled, and never to think about hosting
On a bad day: the site is slow for an afternoon. We fix it, and nobody is out of pocket.

Fully Managed Hosting
For businesses that market online, every day.
For businesses proactively marketing online: running Google Ads or other paid traffic, doing SEO aggressively, including for AI search, and relying on the site day by day, sometimes hour by hour, to generate leads, customers and sales. Downtime and issues have a serious impact on the bottom line.
This is you if
- You run Google Ads, Meta ads or other paid traffic to the site
- You invest in SEO, in Google and increasingly in AI answers, and being found is tied to revenue
- The site brings in enquiries, bookings, calls or orders every day
- An hour of downtime, a broken form or a slow checkout costs real money
- You chose the hosting, and you do not want to be the one who gets the 7am call
On a bad day: the site is slow for an afternoon while your ads keep running. You pay for every click and lose the enquiries. Our job is to make sure that day does not happen, and to catch it fast if it does.
You do not need this if customers find you without ads or an SEO push. Basic will serve you well, and if you ask us, we will tell you so.

Fully Managed, with the Conversion Tracking Pack
For businesses that need proof of what the site produces.
Everything in Fully Managed, plus PixelYourSite and CallRail set up and kept working, so every form, sale and phone call is credited to the ad, keyword or page that produced it. Your monthly report shows leads, sales and calls next to speed and uptime.
This is you if
- You want to know which ads and keywords bring in customers, not just clicks
- Phone calls are a large share of your enquiries
- You report marketing results to a boss, a board or a client
- Your ad platforms are bidding without seeing all your conversions
On a bad day: a plugin update quietly stops your forms reporting to Google Ads, and the bidding drifts for weeks before anyone notices. We test the tracking on a schedule, so it is days, not weeks.
Any Fully Managed plan, plus US$99 a month and a US$295 setup

For businesses that market online and rely on the site every day. A useful test: if you spend more on ads or SEO in a week than the plan costs in a month, protecting that spend is the cheapest line in your marketing budget. Fully Managed replaces four things you would otherwise buy separately: a host, a developer on call, a speed specialist and someone to read the monitoring. It runs on the same platform as Basic Managed Hosting below. Visitor figures are a guide to fit, not a cap. Annual billing takes two months off.

Conversion Tracking Pack
Know which visitors became leads, sales and calls. We set up and look after PixelYourSite (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and Meta conversions for your forms and WooCommerce sales, including server-side events) and CallRail (call tracking numbers that credit each phone call to the page or campaign it came from). We test it on a schedule, fix it when it breaks and put the numbers in your monthly report.

What is managed WordPress hosting?
Hosting where the host looks after the platform for you: the server, security, backups, updates, caching and malware cleanup. Basic Managed Hosting is exactly that, for small businesses that want a reliable site with minimum hassle. Fully Managed Hosting adds our people working on the site itself, for businesses that depend on it daily for leads and sales.
What is the difference between Basic Managed and Fully Managed hosting?
Same servers, same security, same support team. Basic is for small businesses with modest traffic whose site is important but not mission critical. Fully Managed is for businesses marketing online in earnest, with Google Ads, paid traffic or serious SEO, where downtime or a broken form hits the bottom line. It adds ongoing speed work, fixes, tracking checks, a named contact and a monthly report.
Can I move from Basic to Fully Managed later?
Yes, either way, at any time. It is the same server, so nothing is migrated and nothing goes offline.
Does hosting matter for AI search, such as ChatGPT and Google’s AI Overviews?
A little, and it is worth getting right. AI assistants learn about your business by crawling your site, the same way Google does, so the basics carry over: a fast site, clean pages and a server that answers every time. The common mistake is security settings that block AI crawlers by accident. On Fully Managed Hosting we check which ones can reach your site and set it the way you want. Your content and reputation still do most of the work.
Do I have to move hosts?
Yes. The plan only works because we run the platform the site sits on. We do the migration, it is free, and 99 of 100 happen with no downtime window.
What counts as a fix?
Up to an hour of a developer’s time on one problem: a broken checkout, a contact form that stopped sending, a plugin conflict, a missing call-tracking number, a layout that shifted after an update. Redesigns and new features are quoted separately.
Can my developer or agency still have access?
Yes. SSH, SFTP, staging and a full management console are there for them. We ask that updates go through our tested process.
Do you work with Elementor, Divi, WooCommerce, LearnDash, MemberPress?
Yes to all of those. Page builders are the most common reason a landing page fails Core Web Vitals, and fixing that is most of what the speed pass does.
What is in the monthly report?
Uptime and incidents, real-user Core Web Vitals for your top landing pages with a pass or fail, updates applied and rolled back, threats blocked, the tracking check, fixes done, and one recommendation for next month.
Do I need to be running ads?
No. The simple rule is this: if you pay for your traffic, whether in ad spend or in SEO, choose Fully Managed, because a slow or broken page wastes money you have already spent. If customers find you on their own, Basic Managed Hosting is the same platform from A$29 a month and it is all you need. You can move between them any time, and if you ask which one fits, we will tell you straight, including when the answer is the cheaper one.
Can I leave?
Any time. There is no contract, and your nightly backup has been going to your own Dropbox or Google Drive since the first week.
Where are the servers?
Sydney and Melbourne for Australia, plus UK and US data centres. You choose at signup and we put Cloudflare in front so the rest of the world is fast too.
