We are trialling an AI powered support agent. It has been trained on our internal documentation and on our detailed WordPress and SEO documentation, and can answer simple, intermediate and some advanced technical questions as well as general support queries.

A lot of the live chat and support tickets we get are simple queries the agent can answer directly. It does not replace live chat or human support, which stay available 24/7. It is an additional option.
