If your site goes down, you should hear it from us, not from a customer. Uptime monitoring is part of every Fully Managed plan, not an extra subscription. Basic Managed and Bulk plans can add it later by moving up.

Do you give refunds for downtime?
No. We would rather spend the money on keeping the site up. Monitoring, a 24/7 team and backups every two hours are how we do that.
