What are the traffic and storage limits?
There is no traffic quota and no metering of visitors. Storage is the only limit, and it is the difference between the tiers.
Which data centre do I get?
Australian customers choose Sydney or Melbourne. UK and US customers are hosted in their own region. Cloudflare sits in front so the rest of the world is fast too.
What is not included on Basic Managed Hosting?
Speed work beyond the migration pass, per-page real-user vitals, fix credits, and a named account manager. Those are the Fully Managed Hosting plans, and you can move up any time.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Yearly billing is ten months for twelve. There is no minimum contract on monthly.
Do you host multiple sites?
Yes. Ask for the multi-site rate on Basic Managed Hosting; it replaces the old bulk hosting plans.
